Job summary

RK Industries is a family-owned fabrication leader in Henderson, NV, seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. You will perform high-quality welding and fabrication work aligned with CAD/FAB and Energy procedures, ensuring parts meet strict standards.

As you advance from Welder 1 to Welder 3, you’ll handle blueprints, sample welds, and X-ray quality welding on process piping and pressure vessels, while collaborating with experienced professionals to uphold safety and quality in every project.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical education or certification is a plus.
• 3–5 years welding and metal processing experience (FCAW, MIG).
• 6G welding certification required.
• Proficient in basic welding tasks and quality standards.
• Perform X-Ray Quality Welds on process piping, hydronics, and pressure vessels.
• Knowledge of pipe trade tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate welding and fabrication machinery and hand tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and welding symbols to fabricate equipment.
• Follow project procedures and assembly tracks.
• Create weldment set-ups and fixturing to meet tolerances.
• Inspect products for quality and document results; maintain equipment.
