Qualifications

• Minimum five years of Pipe Welding experience.
• Must work in environments with varying heat/cold and noise levels around 90 dB or higher.
• Courses in construction safety are required.
• Must pass certifications: Carbon Steel Schedule 40 Pipe, open root joint, 6G fixed position.

Responsibilities

• Weld in different environments for mechanical piping installations.
• Capable of welding in various positions with safety procedures.
• Familiar with welding equipment and attire.
• Ensure 100% weld quality in all positions.
• Fabricate finished metal products and install/repair equipment.
• Follow blueprints to meet specifications and calculate material measurements.
• Test welds to evaluate quality and tolerance.
• Other duties as assigned.
