Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Welder to perform hand-welding and flame-cutting tasks to join metal components and fill holes or seams in fabricated products. The welder must be able to pass a qualification test such as 6G pipe or 5G Butt/Branch under industry codes.

Responsibilities include selecting equipment, laying out layouts, aligning components, and performing tack-welding to secure parts. Candidates should be familiar with arc welding, gas welding, and submerged arc processes, and

Qualificações

• Pass welder qualification test (e.g., 6G pipe or 5G Butt/Branch) under IE API 1104 or ASME codes.

Responsabilidades

• Selects equipment and plans layout, assembly, and welding.
• Lays out, positions, aligns, and fits components together.
• Bolts, clamps, and tack-welds parts to secure in position for welding.
• Sets up equipment and welds parts using arc, gas-shielded arc, submerged arc, or gas welding.
• Chips or grind excess weld, slag or spatter using hand scrapers or grinders.
