Job summary

American Fence Company in Youngtown, AZ is seeking an End Table Operator to assist in tube and pipe production in our mill. Competitive starting pay is $22.00 to $26.50 per hour with full benefits.

Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, adjusting carts, banding bundles, and optional forklift operation. Requires 1+ year manufacturing experience, GED/HS diploma, and ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical certificate preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Must pass background check and drug screen; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Inspect table operation equipment and prepare for use.
• Adjust the bundling cart for pipe size and length.
• Manually assist pipe as it rolls toward the cart.
• Observe bows in long pipe and bounce to straighten.
• Align tube rows while bundling and using back stop.
• Band completed bundles and store them on racks.
• Notify forklift operator when cart needs emptying.
• Operate banding machine and load new banding material.
• Maintain cleanliness of forming and sizing rolls; store properly.
• May operate a forklift as required.
