Job summary

Environmental Air Systems in Rural Hall, NC seeks a Pipe Superintendent to lead welders, fitters, and helpers in prefabricating industrial HVAC hydronic piping systems in our shop and on job sites.

You will manage schedules, review submittals, ensure safety compliance, hire new staff, read blueprints, and coordinate across teams while maintaining quality and efficiency in a heavy industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of supervision experience.
• Familiarity with flowline manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of pipe fabrication methods.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation of industrial hydronic piping systems including chilled water, hot water, steam, condensate, and condensate water.
• Prioritize safety and ensure audits and all EAS safety requirements are met.
• Manage project schedules and resource planning.
• Review submittals, installation, and operation manuals.
• Interview and hire new employees to join the pipe department.

Environmental Air Systems, a full-service mechanical contractor, is seeking a Pipe Superintendent for our manufacturing shop.
