Flippo Construction Company, Inc. in Forestville, MD, is seeking an experienced Pipe Layer to join our team. You will be responsible for laying and repairing water, storm, sewer and conduit pipelines while adhering to safety standards and project specs.

The role reports to the Foreman and requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, and knowledge of shoring, excavation, and underground utilities. We offer benefits and an employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Pipe layer.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Knowledge of shoring and excavation.
• Blueprints relating to underground utilities preferred.
• Pepco experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for safely maneuvering in a work zone.
• Responsible for laying and repairing water, storm, sewer and conduit pipe lines.
