Branch's Civil Division is searching for a skilled, reliable Pipe Layer to join our well-established, growing company. The Pipe Layer is responsible for preparing and installing underground pipelines for road construction. This position reports to the Pipe Foreman.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The position involves lifting heavy objects, walking and standing for long periods, and performing strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions. The employee lifts, pushes, pulls, or carries objects. Good manual dexterity is required, along with the ability to quickly move arms and legs. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds.
This is a full-time position which will typically involve 40+ hours a week.
