Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an experienced Pipe Foreman to oversee the planning, scheduling, estimating, and management of construction projects in Ellendale, North Dakota. The role directs a team and ensures adherence to project guidelines and safety requirements, contributing to successful project outcomes.

The ideal candidate demonstrates a proven safety record, strong initiative, and excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years as a Foreman in the Industrial construction industry.
• Engineering or Construction Management Degree preferred.
• Construction background with ability to meet fast paced, changing schedules and priorities.
• Strong awareness of industry practices, OSHA requirements, equipment, and QA/QC.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily work of employees.
• Verifies conformance of finished work product.
• Ensures all employees are trained in operating machines they will be using.
• Responsible for the successful completion of all activities.
• Ensure all tasks are completed with a high level of safety.
• Assist in the implementation of QA/QC programs.
