Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

This role involves overseeing or performing the installation, maintenance, or repair of large-diameter pipes. The Foreman acts as a team leader and crew supervisor to ensure project efficiency, safety, and timely completion, applying knowledge from education and experience.

• Plan and execute civil construction projects per requirements and standards
• Experience with 36” Ductile Iron Restrained Joint Pipe is required
• Schedule and assign manpower and equipment daily
• Communicate daily activities clearly with crew members
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
• Report daily jobsite activities accurately
• Collaborate with project engineers and managers to adjust plans as needed
• Monitor daily activities, ensuring schedule and budget adherence
• Create daily and weekly work plans from contract documents and project layouts
• Uphold professionalism and integrity in all work
• Perform other duties as assigned
