Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an experienced Piping Foreman to oversee planning, scheduling, estimating, and management of construction projects in Temple, TX. You will lead a crew, direct tasks, and ensure adherence to project guidelines and safety requirements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a foreman in industrial construction, a background in engineering or construction management preferred, and a proven ability to meet fast-paced schedules while maintaining safety and QA/QC standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years as a Foreman in the Industrial construction industry.
• Engineering or Construction Management Degree preferred.
• Construction background.
• Ability to meet fast-paced, changing schedules and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily work of employees.
• Verifies conformance of finished work product.
• Ensures that all employees within the job receive proper training in operating machines they will be using.
• Responsible for the successful completion of all activities.
• Ensure all tasks are completed with the highest level of safety.
• Assist in the implementation of QA/QC programs.

Job Summary

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred

• Fabrication shop exp. is preferred.
• Strong awareness of industry recommended practices, OSHA requirements, equipment, and QA/QC.
• Microsoft Office and Microsoft Projects proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Potential exposure to extreme cold and hot temperatures.
