  • Competitive pay starting at $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (DOE), with a $2.00/hr shift differential for 2nd shift opportunities
  • Schedule:
    • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Monday-Thursday, with required overtime as needed)
    • 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM (Monday-Thursday, with required overtime as needed)
  • Temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for career growth and stability
  • On-site position located in High Point, NC, or Browns Summit, NC
  • Weekly pay with direct deposit or pay card

  • Adhere to all safety standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet production deadlines.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Ability to pass a 3G and 4G welding test using the GMAW process.
  • Experience welding steel with MIG wire feed processes.
  • Positive attitude with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Safety-conscious mindset.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and drug screening.
