Connect-Force is seeking a skilled Machine Tool Pipefitter to join our expanding team in an industrial machinery environment. You will build, assemble, and install hydraulic, pneumatic, and coolant piping systems for custom machinery, reading blueprints and diagrams to ensure precise installations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in related trades, strong trouble-shooting skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in machine tool building, industrial machinery assembly, or a closely related skilled trade.
• Strong experience with hydraulic and pneumatic piping, tubing, and fluid power systems.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints, hydraulic schematics, and pneumatic diagrams.
• Proficiency using pipefitting equipment, tubing tools, measuring instruments, and mechanical hand tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot complex equipment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Commitment to safety, precision, and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Build, fabricate, assemble, and install hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, and coolant piping systems for custom machinery.
• Perform precision tubing and pipe bending, cutting, threading, flaring, fitting, and routing.
• Install hydraulic lines, pneumatic systems, manifolds, valves, regulators, hoses, and fluid power components.
• Interpret mechanical blueprints, hydraulic schematics, and pneumatic diagrams for accurate installations.
• Troubleshoot leaks, pressure issues, routing conflicts, and mechanical problems to keep equipment running.
• Conduct pressure testing, leak detection, flushing, and functional checks to verify performance.
• Collaborate with machine builders, engineers, and other trades on new builds, upgrades, retrofits, and rebuilds.
• Ensure finished product meets safety and quality standards in demanding environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be directly involved in building, assembling, and preparing advanced industrial machinery for operation.

• Build Something Impressive: Fabricate, assemble, and install hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, and coolant piping systems for custom industrial machinery.
• Put Your Skills to Work: Perform precision tubing and pipe bending, cutting, threading, flaring, fitting, and routing.
