Job summary

PPS-HPS is seeking an experienced Sanitary Process Pipe Fitter to join our growing manufacturing team, specializing in stainless steel process skid systems for the food, beverage, dairy, and pharmaceutical industries.

You will layout, measure, cut, and fit sanitary piping, assemble valve manifolds, read P&IDs and isometric drawings, and prepare precision fit-ups for sanitary TIG welding while maintaining strict sanitary fabrication standards and compliance with 3-A, FDA and ASME BPE.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sanitary process pipe fitting experience.
• Experience reading P&IDs and fabrication drawings.
• Experience with sanitary stainless steel tubing and piping.
• Experience fitting valve manifolds and process equipment.
• Knowledge of Tri-Clamp, Bevel Seat, and sanitary process connections.
• Experience in food, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, or biotech manufacturing preferred.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience fitting sanitary stainless steel piping, valve manifolds, and process equipment who takes pride in precision craftsmanship and high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Layout, measure, cut, and fit stainless steel sanitary tubing and piping
