Job summary

Apache Workforce LLC is seeking an experienced Pipe Fitter for our Houston-area manufacturing team. The role requires precise layout, fabrication, installation, and maintenance of pipe systems using steel, stainless steel, and other materials.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of related pipe-fitting experience in manufacturing.
• Experience reading blueprints, P&IDs, and schematics.
• Ability to set up and operate MIG welding equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select pipe, fittings, supports, and related materials per drawings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, P&IDs, schematics, and docs.
• Measure and lay out pipe to specified dimensions.
• Cut pipe with saws, torches, and cutters; thread as needed.
• Bend and assemble metal/non-metal piping and components.
• Set up and use MIG welding for pipe-fitting tasks.
• Install pipe supports and verify alignment and fit-up.
• Manage material inventory and coordinate with warehouse.
• Maintain tools and keep a clean, organized workspace.
• Follow safety policies, 5S, and OSHA requirements.
