Qualifications

• Assists pipefitters by handling materials, tools, and cleaning work area.
• Requires basic familiarity with pipefitting processes and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, thread and assemble pipe sections for installation.
• Drill holes in walls or floors to route pipes and supports.
• Assist in rough-ins, repairs, and locating leaks in piping systems.
• Support layout, assembly, and installation of piping for water, gas, air, and ammonia systems.
• Handle and transport pipes and fittings to the work site.
• Assist in fitting valves, couplings, or assemblies using hand tools.
• Mount brackets and hangers to support pipes and enable proper alignment.
• Prepare and manage tools and materials according to Clark Standards of Excellence.
