CAM Process Technologies is looking for pipefitters with experience in installation and pipe fitting; preparation of material for welding, drawing and reading blueprints/isometrics; and fabrication and installation of piping systems.

Job Requirements

• Positions require working in: climbing, bending, sitting, walking, kneeling, crawling, standing, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
• Good hand eye balance and the ability to distinguish colors are required to use the tools that are necessary to perform the required work.
• Employees must have vision which has good depth perception to judge distance and space relationships.
• 1 - 3 years of experience as a Pipefitter Helper or similar experience
• Authorized to work permanently in the U.S. without sponsorship required.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Cut, thread, and bevel pipe to specifications, using tools such as saws, cutting torches, and pipe threaders and benders.
• Assemble and secure pipes, tubes, fittings, and related equipment, according to specifications, by welding, and threading joints.
• Measure and mark pipes for cutting and threading.
• Lay out full scale drawings of pipe systems, supports, and related equipment, following blueprints.
• Plan pipe system layout, installation, or repair according to specifications.
• Select pipe sizes and types and related materials according to drawings and specifications.
• Cut and bevel holes in components, prior to pipe installation, using hand and power tools.
• Modify, clean, and maintain pipe systems, units, fittings, and related machines and equipment, following specifications and using hand and power tools.
