Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Five or more years in direct field work, preferably in management
• OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR certifications preferred
• Ability to read plans and interpret specifications
• Experience with pipe/drainage projects and cost control processes

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates and completes projects within assigned area
• Supervises field crews, foremen, subcontractors and suppliers
• Plans and directs efficient scheduling of crews, equipment and subcontractors
• Maintains communication with project managers on status and issues
• Mentors and develops team members and enforces safety policies
