Qualifications

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Five years' experience working in heavy DOT underground utility.
• Minimum 2 years' experience supervising installation of pipe/culvert on heavy civil jobs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate pipe-laying crews on construction projects.
• Direct and operate heavy equipment for excavating and installing pipes.
• Inspect work site to determine sequencing and safety concerns.

Skills

Ability to read construction drawings

Knowledge of underground utility pipelines

Education

High School diploma or GED
