What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Handle moderately complex Personal Injury Protection (PIP) and Medical Pay claims with reserves up to $30,000
• Investigate, evaluate, and settle claims, making coverage determinations as necessary
• Serve as the owning adjuster for identified injury exposures and manage claims from start to conclusion
• Present coverage issues to a committee and assist with FNOL calls and Claims Advisory Support
• Rule out exposures such as uninsured/underinsured motorist and subrogation

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Minimum of 1-2 years of claims experience is required
• Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must obtain and/or maintain multiple Adjuster’s Licenses within the first 90 days of employment
• Strong computer navigation abilities and outstanding interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts during operating hours, including evenings and weekends

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Prior experience handling PIP claims and first-party medical coverage
• Knowledge of collision, loss-of-use, and third-party property damage
• Bilingual capabilities are a plus
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
