Plymouth Rock Assurance is seeking a PIP Claims Representative to handle Personal Injury Protection and Extended Medical Expense Benefit claims across multiple states. The role processes 3 to 5 first reports daily, emphasizes service, patient contact, and timely claim disposition.

Responsibilities include medical bill review, treatment monitoring, reserve assessment, nursing liaison, policy interpretation for coverage determinations, and privacy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of claims experience or training preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Handle PIP and Extended Medical Expense Benefit claims in multiple states.
• Process 3–5 first reports per day with emphasis on service and claim disposition.
• Perform medical bill review, treatment monitoring and nursing liaison activities.
• Maintain an effective follow-up system and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Investigate policy provisions to determine coverage and ensure privacy compliance.
