Job summary

The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation in Princeton, New Jersey, is seeking a Program Associate to support the Pioneer Portfolio within the Research-Evaluation-Learning department. Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent education and experience; or a Bachelor’s +2 years related experience.
• Passion for health equity and foresight.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.
• Experience with file sharing and HR systems (Workday) preferred; ability to learn new systems.
• Ability to work inclusively in a multidisciplinary team with diverse backgrounds.
• Strong project and people management skills; able to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills; ability to address varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Discovery: scan publications for pioneering perspectives and emerging trends.
• Gathers, synthesizes, and analyzes information for projects and proposals.
• Reviews proposals and supports calls for proposals.
• Supports network strategy, development, tracking and engagement.
• Exploration: assist in project development, monitoring, and convening.
• Facilitate communications between grantees and RWJF staff.
• Help connect Pioneer Portfolio grantees with RWJF teams.
