Job summary

The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation in Princeton, NJ seeks a program associate for the Healthy Communities theme to help design, monitor, and advance health equity across programs. Qualifications

• Commitment to RWJF mission and guiding principles.
• Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion.
• Two (2) years of related work experience in health or health care.
• Experience or education focused on community development or policy for healthy communities preferred.
• Master's degree or equivalent education and experience; or Bachelor’s with two years related experience.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Gathers, analyzes background information for theme strategy and program development.
• Monitors indicators and data sources for theme progress with Research-Evaluation-Learning officers.
• Participates in site visits and proposal reviews; assists in coordinating external reviews.
• Assists theme members in program development and monitoring; promotes equity and inclusion.
• Develops background literature for theme, attends external meetings, and prepares trip reports.
