Job summary

GLOVIS America, Inc. is seeking a vehicle parts processor at Port Hueneme, CA. You will read work orders, add PIO parts and literature to vehicles, and coordinate with warehouse operations. Overtime and weekend availability are expected.

Responsibilities include verifying VINs, scanning, holding areas, and ensuring documentation accuracy. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, with English-language instruction comprehension required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must hold a valid State Issued Driver's License
• 1 year of Warehouse/Parts Pulling experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand English-language work orders and documentation

Responsibilities

• Verify B-Pillar VIN and work order match before parts are added
• Report VIN mismatches and reject units
• Scan vehicles to identified holds and stop sales
• Direct vehicles to overflow areas when VPC is full
• Inform Supervisor or Lead of issues with printers or network
• Verify PIO codes match work orders and Monroney labels
• Inspect and hang color tags for discrepancies
• Coordinate with Warehouse for parts requests
• Conduct month-end PIO parts inventory audit
• Maintain clean, safe work space
