Epoxy Resurface Systems LLC in New Jersey is seeking a residential/commercial painter to perform exterior and interior painting tasks on a variety of homes and light commercial settings.

Ideal candidates bring experience in residential or commercial painting, have a valid driver's license, and take pride in delivering quality workmanship with strong communication and customer service skills. A positive attitude and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Residential or commercial painting experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs and work on multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Paint using proper applicators and techniques (brush, roller, etc.).
• Interact professionally with customers, evaluate requests, price projects, and describe work orders.
• Identify materials and quantities for new and existing projects.
• Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, or other means.
• Mix and apply epoxy paints, mortars, and protective coatings.
• Use caulk/epoxy paste to repair holes and cracks.
• Inspect paint jobs for quality and perform routine maintenance on equipment.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a residential/commercial Painter to join our team! You will be preparing and performing professional exterior and interior painting jobs in a residential and light commercial setting.

You are an experienced residential and/or commercial painter who’s looking to be part of an energetic and effective team. You believe in a job done right and take pride in delivering a quality service to customers. A positive attitude is a must!

Responsibilities:

• Paint using a proper applicator (brush, roller, etc.) while utilizing proper painting techniques
• Interact professionally with customers, evaluating requests, pricing projects, troubleshooting issues, and describing work orders as needed
• Identify proper materials and quantities for new and existing projects
• Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, or by other means necessary
• Mix, match, and blend various Epoxy paints, mortar, protective coatings to achieve the desired color, consistency, and drying properties
• Use caulk, epoxy paste to repair holes and cracks
• Inspect paint jobs for quality
• Perform daily maintenance routines on equipment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in residential or commercial painting and/or industrial projects/facilities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute between job sites
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs of equipment
