The Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations team is responsible for delivering all operational services globally for the bank's IAM applications and infrastructure. This team supports a wide range of IAM production applications related to Single Sign-On, Consolidated Directory Services Network (CDSN)/LDAP, Federated Identity (SAML), PKI infrastructure and tools, Extended Authentication Services, Strong Authentication, and Splunk. Responsibilities include problem engagement during triage, service restoration, root cause analysis, and coordination of fixes, following best practices.
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of current experience working with Ping Identity products such as Ping Federate, Ping Access, and Ping Directory. Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with MFA technologies are required. The candidate must have practical experience with access management and entitlement technologies, expert-level Linux skills, and proficiency in Splunk queries.

40 hours per week
Salary range: $147,700 - $190,000 annually, based on experience, education, and skills. Discretionary incentive eligible. The role is benefits-eligible, with industry-leading benefits, paid time off, and resources to support employee well-being.
