Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Ping Identity Engineer to help secure identities and implement enterprise IAM across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments. You will work with stakeholders and engineering teams to define access requirements and manage credentials for critical assets.

The role emphasizes designing and supporting Ping Identity-based solutions, SSO, and MFA within a Zero Trust framework while interfacing with multiple cloud and directory services. Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Ping Federate, Entra ID, or ADFS.
• Experience with SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
• Experience with Identity Federation and Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Experience with RBAC and ABAC access control models.
• Experience integrating IdPs with directory services such as Active Directory and LDAP, including synchronization/authentication workflows.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust architectures and MFA within IdP environments.
• Ability to resolve complex identity and federation issues (token validation, assertion mismatches, connectivity).
• Design and operate IdP solutions across on-prem, hybrid and cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Impact Levels.
• Secret clearance required.
• HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Interface with stakeholders and engineering teams to analyze identity processes and roles.
• Design, deploy and support IdP systems for appropriate user privileges and credentials.
• Implement enterprise IAM and Zero Trust solutions, including SSO and privileged access.
