Job summary

Zigabyte Corporation is seeking a Ping Engineer to support the implementation, configuration, and sustainment of Ping Identity solutions within a federal ICAM environment. This role focuses on delivering secure authentication, authorization, and federation services using PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory, and PingOne, aligned with Zero Trust and NIST 800-63 mandates.

Strong hands-on experience required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Ping Identity and ICAM concepts.
• Strong knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SCIM protocols.
• Familiarity with federal standards (NIST 800-63, FISMA, FedRAMP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, and maintains Ping Identity solutions (PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory).
• Integrates Ping with internal apps using SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM.
• Develops and enforces Zero Trust and least-privilege authentication policies.
• Configures identity federation with external providers and internal services.
• Collaborates with cybersecurity and system teams to onboard applications.
• Troubleshoots authentication flows, token exchanges, and federation issues.
• Produces system docs, baselines, and ATO artifacts for compliance.
