Job summary

Global Business Ser. 4u is seeking a Ping Engineer to support client onboarding and integration efforts in Dallas, TX or Jersey City, NJ. The role is onsite 3 days a week and expected to last 12+ months, with some after-hours work for production go-lives.

The candidate will conduct SAML onboarding, participate in client meetings to gather requirements, and troubleshoot issues. Experience with Ping Federate/Access and OAuth/OIDC is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting SAML client onboarding.
• Ability to configure settings and establish connections with clients.
• Troubleshoot client onboarding issues and provide remediation quickly.
• Experience integrating apps using SAML, OAuth or OIDC.
• Willingness to support onboarding during late evenings/weekends for go-live.

Responsibilities

• Conduct SAML client onboarding.
• Participate in client meetings to gather requirements, configure settings, and establish connections.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client-reported onboarding issues.
• Integrate applications using SAML, OAuth, or OIDC protocols.
• Perform PoC or analysis related to Ping Directory or PingOne.
• Support client onboarding during late evenings or weekends when needed.
