Job summary

Accenture is seeking a PXM Functional Lead to own the functional design and enablement of Product Information Management solutions. This role bridges business stakeholders and delivery teams to configure PIM for end-to-end product data, content, and syndication processes.

The incumbent defines future-state processes, drives data modeling, and ensures usability and adoption across merchandising, marketing, supply chain, and digital commerce.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full lifecycle implementation experience across SDLC
• 5+ years deploying or migrating PIM, DAM, eCommerce and syndication apps
• 3+ years product data modeling (attributes, variants, hierarchies)
• 5+ years in functional roles supporting PIM/DAM/eCommerce solutions
• Experience with multi‑lingual and multi‑market implementations
• GenAI/Agentic AI integration within PIM platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead functional discovery for current-state product data, content, and onboarding processes
• Define future-state PIM processes, workflows, and governance models
• Own product data modeling decisions including attributes, hierarchies, variants, relationships
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories
• Guide configuration of PIM workflows, validations, permissions and enrichment rules
• Ensure effective integration of PIM with DAM, ERP, commerce, and syndication platforms
• Act as primary functional escalation point for design questions and trade-offs
• Support change management, training strategy, and user adoption planning
• Participate in solution development and input for estimates as a SME
• Drive AEO/GEO strategies for PIM data in LLM syndication
• Stay current on Agentic/GenAI trends in product content supply chain
