You will drive cross-functional initiatives, develop data standards, and use tools like Python, Snowflake, Tableau, and generative AI to deliver actionable insights for sales and marketing leadership.

The role requires 7 years of experience, data governance expertise, and strong communication skills to influence senior stakeholders. Travel up to 15% may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant work experience required.
• Experience supervising or managing a team.
• Experience managing product data lifecycles in a PIM or similar system.
• Proven track record in data quality audits and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Leads PIM system ownership and data lifecycle management.
• Develops Product Data Standards Guide for e-commerce launches.
• Implements SEO-driven data governance naming conventions.
• Collaborates with Product Marketing and suppliers to improve data quality.
• Creates and monitors data quality audits to ensure compliance.
• Monitors data health dashboards and prioritizes remediation work.
• Provides feedback to analysts to correct data at the source.
• Leverages generative AI to create data visualizations and executive summaries.
• Maintains competitive analyses through industry monitoring.
• Leads process improvements in data management and market intelligence.
• Coaches and develops a data team and drives accountability.
