Job summary

Position Overview:

As the PIM, DAM, and Content Specialist, you will oversee our product information management systems, digital asset libraries, and content workflows to ensure consistency, accessibility, and quality across all digital channels. You will collaborate with marketing, product, ecommerce, and design teams to maintain and improve content and asset integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Own and manage the Product Information Management (PIM) system, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness across platforms.
  2. Partner with Product and Ecommerce teams to gather and structure product specifications, attributes, and taxonomy.
  3. Create and manage product templates and enrichment workflows.
  4. Administer the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, organizing, tagging, and maintaining metadata for assets to ensure searchability and version control.
  5. Implement asset usage rights and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
  6. Develop and uphold content standards, style guides, and governance policies.
  7. Support marketing and ecommerce strategies by providing timely updates of product descriptions, imagery, videos, and related materials.
  8. Optimize content for SEO, accessibility, and localization.
  9. Serve as the point of contact for cross-team needs related to PIM, DAM, and content.
  10. Provide training and support on platform best practices.
  11. Monitor KPIs related to data and asset quality, identifying areas for improvement.
  12. Recommend tools, enhancements, and automation opportunities to streamline workflows.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience managing PIM and/or DAM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data management, taxonomy, and metadata standards.
  • Experience in ecommerce, retail, or similar industries preferred.
  • Proficiency with tools like Salsify, Syndigo, Adobe Experience Manager, or similar.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization.
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
