Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC in North Carolina Research Triangle Park is seeking a Bioprocess Engineer to join the Pilot Scale Development team. You will work on development lab runs, data handling, and end-to-end fed-batch platform development at 50–1000 L using stainless-steel and single-use equipment.

This role emphasizes CMC milestones, pilot-scale manufacturing readiness, technology transfer, equipment commissioning, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related scientific/engineering field is required.
• Hands-on biotechnology lab experience is preferred.
• Experience with sterile technique is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate bioprocessing equipment from cell thaw through downstream fill.
• Plan, execute, document, and analyze laboratory experiments for CMC milestones.
• Aggregate data and use modeling tools to support process understanding and optimization.
• Support end-to-end fed-batch development at 50–1000 L scale.
