Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Chemistry or Biology (local education required).

Responsibilities

• Applies technical proficiency to lead safe and efficient operation of pilot plant areas.
• Leads troubleshooting and root cause investigations for process deviations.
• Drives process optimization, evaluates plant inputs, and coordinates with engineers.
• Trains personnel to meet safety compliance and role-specific skills.
• Supports on-site operations with teamwork and clear technical communication.
