Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3+ years of process/manufacturing engineering in a production environment.
• Hands-on MES, ERP, and data workflow experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead MES implementation at the pilot plant with recipe management and data connectivity.
• Interface with ERP for production orders, material consumption, and batch genealogy.
• Build data pipelines and dashboards for real-time production visibility.
• Ensure data architecture scales from pilot to Benson commercial facility.
• Own production scheduling, deviations, and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance with maintenance teams.
