Lubrizol Corporation in Wickliffe, OH seeks a Pilot Plant Operator responsible for safe operation of chemical processing equipment, development and production support, and collaboration with engineers.

This role requires 10+ years in manufacturing/chemistry, strong safety awareness, and the ability to follow SOPs and operate DCS; includes 12-hour shifts, potential overtime, and lab work.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 10+ years in manufacturing and/or chemical process development.
• Understanding of hazardous materials and safety procedures.

Mansioni

• Safely operate industrial equipment with proper PPE and safety procedures.
• Process chemical products using batch sheet instructions.
• Read and adjust process parameters in the field and via DCS.
• Prepare lab-scale to pilot-scale processes.
• Collect samples and record data accurately.
• Load/unload materials and maintain housekeeping.
• Participate in emergency response and safety training.
