Responsibilities

• Performs rounds and field quality testing to check process equipment, product quality, and monitor process conditions.
• Executes unit work activity tasks and operates equipment safely and efficiently.
• Uses basic troubleshooting to resolve process deviation and upset conditions.
• Participates in root cause investigations and trains new operating personnel.
• Maintains accurate records of asset utilization losses and plant performance.
• Monitors unit metrics to ensure alignment with goals.
• Follows standard work processes and safe operating procedures.
