Job summary

JobDiva, Inc. in Ridgefield, CT seeks a detail-oriented technician to support BI pilots, work with plant teams, and ensure strict GMP compliance in bulk manufacturing.

You will follow procedures, participate in meetings, and advance training while prioritizing safety and accurate batch records.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with GMP procedures in bulk manufacturing.
• Technical knowledge of manufacturing systems, methods and procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with equipment or process.

Responsibilities

• Follow the lead of a BI Technician in pilot plant campaigns.
• Collaborate with plant technicians and campaign managers on process and equipment challenges.
• Assist the BI Lead Technician in communicating batch status with the chemist and MAS analysts.
• Complete required training before due date.
• Participate in group meetings at 9 AM and 2 PM.
• Become proficient in equipment operation, batch records, and calculations.
• Attend PSOR meetings and contribute input.
• Follow all procedures, including PPE usage.
• Report incidents such as spills, exposures, or injuries to management.
• Perform operations with safety as the top priority.

Duties

1. Follow the Lead of a BI Technician in pilot plant campaigns.
2. Work with plant technicians, campaign managers to address process and equipment related challenges.
3. Assist the BI Lead technician in communication of the batch status with the chemist, Ch.D. analytical, MAS
4. Take all required training and complete before due date.
5. Be involved in-group activities such as the 9 Am and 2:00 PM meetings.
6. Become Proficient in Equipment operation, Batch record entries, calculations.
7. Attend PSOR Meetings, speak up and give input at these meetings.
8. Follow all procedures, including the wearing of and use of defined PPE.
9. Report all incidents, such as spills, exposures, cuts / abrasions etc. to management.
10. Conduct all operations and activities with Safety as the # 1 goal.

Skills

Experience working with established GMP procedures and bulk manufacturing. Technical knowledge of manufacturing systems, methods and procedures. Possess effective troubleshooting skills with equipment and/or process.

The work schedule is going to be 7am to 4pm with an hour for lunch

Education

High School Graduate or Associate Degree.
