ACI Jet, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced pilot based near the San Luis Obispo County Airport (KSBP). The role requires extensive flight time, PIC and multi-engine hours, plus ATP and English proficiency, to operate aircraft for Executive Jet Management under Part 135.

Candidates must be within a 2-hour drive of KSBP and hold a valid U.S. passport. The position offers competitive pay, full benefits, and opportunities to advance aviation careers while working with a professional team

Qualifications

• 3,500 hours total time.
• 2,000 hours PIC.
• 1,500 hours multi-engine.
• 500 hours multi-engine PIC.
• 300 hours instrument.
• 500 hours turbine.
• Current Pilot’s Certificate with English proficient endorsement.
• Valid ATP rating.
• First Class Medical valid.
• US Passport valid.
• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of aviation experience.
• Team player in a high stress, fast paced environment.
• Highly motivated and organized.

Responsibilities

• Operates ACI Jet aircraft safely and in compliance with rules and manuals.
• Coordinate with Flight Dispatch to achieve flight objectives.
• Provide courteous, professional service to clients and owners.
• Keep Electronic Flight Bags current with latest nav data.
• Stay current with relevant flight manuals sections.
• Conduct proper preflight inspections covering all aspects and permits.

This position will include operating the aircraft on behalf of Executive Jet Management (EJM) Part 135 Certificate while maintaining a positive and productive relationship with ACI Jet’s employees, vendors, and clients. This position is based at the San Luis Obispo County Airport (KSBP) and residing within a 2-hour drive-time of KSBP is required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Operates ACI Jet aircraft in a safe and efficient manner while in compliance with all company rules and regulations, manufacturers’ limitations and manuals, governmental rules and regulations, and any other requirements of agencies having jurisdiction over the flight
• Coordinate with ACI Jet Flight Dispatch personnel to ensure that the goals and objectives relating to assigned flight operations are achieved and carried out in accordance with applicable policies and procedures
• Provide unparalleled courtesy, professionalism and customer service to ACI Jet clients and owners
• Ensures that Electronic Flight Bag(s) (EFB) are kept current with the latest navigation and application dates
• Remain knowledgeable relative to the applicable portions of the relevant flight manuals
• Ensure that a proper preflight inspection has been accomplished prior to takeoff including but not limited to the aircraft, its publications, documentation, equipment, passenger service items, fuel, weather conditions at destination, enroute, alternate airports and departure points, customs, permits, and airport/runway suitability
