Base pay range

$30.00/hr - $41.00/hr

Position Overview

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Pilot Build Coordinator to oversee pilot project builds and ensure smooth execution of schedules. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Technicians to optimize processes, solve challenges, and foster team communication, all while meeting quality and timeline goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned pilot project builds, ensuring schedules are met.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop and refine build processes.
  • Monitor progress, address challenges, and optimize performance.
  • Support Engineers and Technicians with training, documentation, and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate materials, resources, and data collection for builds.
  • Facilitate the transfer of pilot builds to production, including training team members.
  • Partner with Quality and Production teams to resolve issues and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in team leadership, planning, or project management.
  • Skills: Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
