Global Medical Response seeks a Base Pilot Supervisor to oversee base pilots and ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company manuals. You will partner with the Program Director to maintain efficient, safe operations and coordinate schedules, flight planning, and base activities.

The role requires substantial helicopter experience and supervisory ability, with housing provided and a 7/7 schedule. A $15K sign-on bonus and a $5,000 annual stipend are offered to eligible candidates.

Formación

• 2000 hours total flight time.
• 1500 hours helicopter time.
• 1000 hours helicopter pilot in command.
• 500 hours turbine time.
• 100 hours night unaided (or 50 hours unaided with 100 hours aided).

Responsabilidades

• Develop pilot duty schedules with Regional Director of Flight Operations.
• Coordinate flight planning activities and resources at the base.
• Conduct local area orientations for new hire pilots.
• Coordinate aviation activities for public relations events.
• Submit monthly flight/duty logs for base pilots on time.
• Monitor pilots and assist in day-to-day flight and admin issues.
• Submit payroll grids to Regional Director of Flight Operations.
• Operate aircraft safely per Rotorcraft Flight Manual.
• Monitor weather forecast changes.
• Preflight aircraft and document discrepancies with maintenance action.
