Northrop Grumman Corporation is seeking a Pilot to operate our company‑owned King Air 350 aircraft on scheduled Part91 employee Shuttle (Monday through Friday). This position is based in San Diego, CA (MYF). Pilots are home almost every night, off on weekends, with an advanced one‑month work schedule.

Responsibilities

Operate the King Air350 aircraft safely and efficiently on scheduled routes, ensuring compliance with all FAA regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with multi‑engine and instrument ratings.
• Class1 FAA medical certificate with no waivers.
• Passed ATP written test and meets FAA requirements for ATP.
• FAA multi‑engine pilot record check and a security background check.
• Participation in an FAA‑approved drug and alcohol screening program.
• Residence or relocation within one hour driving time from the base airport location.

Basic Qualifications for Pilot2

• Bachelor’s degree and 2years of aviation experience OR high school diploma and 6years of aviation experience.
• Minimum flight experience: passed ATP written test and meets FAA requirements to obtain ATP.
• FAA multi‑engine certificate and Class1 medical certificate with no waivers.
• FAA pilot record check and security background check; participation in FAA‑approved drug and alcohol screening program.
• Residence/relocation within 1hour driving time from base airport location.

Basic Qualifications for Pilot3

• Bachelor’s degree and 5years of aviation experience OR high school diploma and 9years of aviation experience.
• Minimum flight experience: 3,000hours total fixed‑wing; 1,000hours multi‑engine; 500hours turbine.
• FAA multi‑engine ATP certificate and Class1 medical certificate with no waivers.
• FAA pilot record check and security background check; participation in FAA‑approved drug and alcohol screening program.
• Residence/relocation within 1hour driving time from base airport location.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Type‑rated and current in the Be‑350.

Compensation & Benefits

Primary Level Salary Range: $111,000.00–$166,600.00
Secondary Level Salary Range: $137,800.00–$206,800.00

Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus, and for certain positions, long‑term incentives. Benefits include health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, company‑paid holidays, and paid time off (vacation and/or personal business).
