The Pillow Assembly Line Worker is responsible for efficiently assembling, stuffing, labeling, and packaging pillows in a production environment. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to meet daily production goals, and maintaining quality standards throughout the assembly process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble pillows by stuffing, shaping, and closing pillow covers
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and defects
• Label pillows accurately according to production requirements
• Package finished pillows for shipment or storage
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets
• Operate basic machinery or tools as needed (training provided)
• Follow all workplace safety guidelines and procedures
• Report any equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisors

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous manufacturing or assembly line experience is a plus (not required)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
