Job summary

Riser Fitness is looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our Pilates studio in Ranch, California. This part-time role involves assisting the General Manager in achieving sales goals while providing excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include executing the sales process, conducting studio tours, and participating in community events. The position offers an hourly wage of $17.25 plus commission. Ideal candidates will possess strong sales and communication skills, be goal-oriented, and thrive under pressure.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and possess excellent communication skills.
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets.
• Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Execute full sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closing the sale.
• Conduct studio tours with new prospects to build rapport.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
• Participate in grassroots/community events to promote the studio.
• Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment.
