Job summary

FS8 Studio Manager at Apex Wellness Group leads the studio coaching team, delivering high-energy Pilates and functional training sessions. You’ll develop instructors, engage the community, and support studio operations to ensure a premier member experience.

Responsibilities include coaching a set number of weekly classes, recruiting and onboarding staff, and expanding the FS8 brand through local events and partnerships. Remote-friendly options may apply.

Qualifications

• Accredited Reformer Pilates Certification is required.
• Current CPR/AED certification is required.
• Demonstrated coaching presence and clear communication.
• Experience mentoring or supporting other instructors.
• Passion for movement, wellness, and community building.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-programmed FS8 workouts with confidence, precision, and high energy.
• Provide real-time coaching, movement corrections, and exercise modifications.
• Maintain safety, professionalism, and high class quality.
• Lead by example in delivering the FS8 member experience.
• Support studio leadership with events, outreach, and brand presence.
• Manage day-to-day studio operations and member check-ins.
