Job summary

Retro Fitness is seeking a Pilates Reformer Instructor to lead our fitness classes. You will create and deliver fresh, engaging routines and motivate members in a supportive environment.

The role requires a national Pilates certification, at least 2 years of instruction, CPR/AED/First Aid within 60 days, and the ability to work well in a team while providing outstanding customer service. A flexible schedule including weekends and evenings is expected, with opportunities to advance and contribute

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized Pilates certification.
• Minimum 2 years of class instruction experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification within 60 days of employment.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Professionalism and reliability in punctuality and attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pilates Reformer classes and create innovative routines.
• Deliver excellent customer service and motivating experiences.
• Participate in meetings with instructors to support member retention and revenue goals.
• Maintain a clean studio and respect shared space.
• Teach multiple classes per week, including weekends/evenings.
• Sell, upsell, and resell Pilates packages.

We're seeking a Pilates Reformer Instructor to lead our fitness classes. As our new Pilates Reformer instructor you must be:

• Enthusiastic about group exercise classes and enjoy creating and delivering new, fresh and innovative routines
• Confident in your professionalism by reporting on-time with a positive attitude and a passion to motivate others
• A professional who is collaborative and a flexible leader in and out of the studio
• Attract and retain members by consistently providing excellent customer service and safe, fun and effective classroom experiences
• Participate in meetings with Pilates Reformers instructors at Retro Fitness toward member retention and revenue goals
• Maintain a clean studio space which includes returning the area to a condition of cleanliness and respect teachers and members that share the space
• Availability to work a flexible schedule and teach multiple classes per week (may include weekends, evenings, holidays, and special events)
• Must be able to sell, upsell and resell Pilates packages

Required Qualifications

• A nationally recognized certification in Pilates
