Qualifications

• Certified in Pilates Mat and Reformer with a nationally recognized program.
• 450+ training hours preferred.
• Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications required.
• Minimum of one year teaching experience; two+ preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Pilates principles, anatomy, and safe modifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead four or more Pilates Mat and Reformer sessions weekly.
• Provide clear instruction and demonstrate proper form.
• Adapt exercises for all levels and accommodate injuries.
• Ensure safety and inspect equipment before/after sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized studio and report concerns.
• Engage members with professional, service-focused coaching.
• Track attendance and assist with scheduling.
