US Fitness is seeking a Pilates Reformer Instructor to light up the studio, deliver safe and effective classes, and create an experience that keeps members coming back for more.

Lead upbeat Reformer sessions, motivate members, maintain equipment, and stay current with certifications. Flexible schedule includes early mornings, evenings, and weekends; complimentary membership and trainer discounts are available.

Qualifications

• Current Pilates Reformer Certification from a recognized provider.
• CPR/AED certification current.
• Experience in group fitness or personal training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver upbeat, safe, effective Reformer classes.
• Create a positive atmosphere and motivate members.
• Be available before/after class to answer questions and process sessions.
• Conduct demo sessions and manage scheduling/reds.
• Keep studio tidy and equipment ready after each class.
• Track class stats and attend required meetings & trainings.
• Report safety or equipment issues to leadership.
• Stay current with certifications and continuing education.
• Flex schedule to accommodate early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
