The ideal candidate holds a Pilates Reformer Instructor certification, CPR/AED and First Aid within 30 days of hire, and 2+ years of group exercise instruction experience. Onsite onboarding and timecard systems are used for scheduling.

About the role

Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness, managed by HealthFitness, is looking for a Pilates Reformer Instructor to join the fitness team at our state-of-the-art facility in Bentonville, Arkansas .

This is a part-time position teaching 2 classes per week.

Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe Pilates Reformer instruction

Minimum Requirements

• Pilates Reformer Instructor certification required.
• Adult and pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

This is a commissioned position. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
