acac Fitness & Wellness Centers in Greenville, SC is seeking passionate Pilates Reformer Instructors to join our expanding team. Lead classes, adapt to all levels, and help members move better and feel stronger in a community-focused environment.

We value movement specialists, ongoing education, CPR/AED certification, and in-house training options.

Qualifications

• Passion for Pilates and helping others improve strength, mobility, posture, and overall wellness.
• Current Pilates Reformer certification from a nationally recognized program or equivalent.
• CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain prior to teaching).
• Previous teaching experience preferred; strong movement skills and a passion for teaching encouraged.
• In-house Reformer training programs will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, engaging Pilates Reformer classes for participants of varying levels.
• Teach using traditional, contemporary, or athletic Pilates principles with proper technique.
• Provide individualized coaching, cueing, and exercise modifications.
• Foster relationships with members to build community and retention.
• Prepare studio and equipment for each class and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain high standards of programming.
• Continue professional development through ongoing education and training.

As our Pilates Reformer program continues to expand, acac Fitness & Wellness Centers is seeking passionate, knowledgeable, and engaging Pilates Reformer Instructors to join our team.

Whether your expertise is intraditional Pilates,contemporary Pilates, or a blend of both, we're looking for instructors who are committed to helping members move better, feel stronger, and achieve lasting results in a supportive, community-focused environment.

At acac, our instructors are more than teachers—they're movement specialists, coaches, educators, and ambassadors for healthy living.

What You'll Do

• Lead safe, engaging, and results-driven Pilates Reformer classes for participants of varying fitness levels and experience.
• Teach using traditional, contemporary, or athletic Pilates principles while maintaining excellent movement quality and proper technique.
• Provide individualized coaching, cueing, and exercise modifications to create an inclusive and welcoming class environment.
• Foster meaningful relationships with members before, during, and after class to build community and member retention.
• Prepare the studio and equipment before each class and ensure the space is clean, organized, and ready for the next session.
• Collaborate with club leadership and fellow instructors to maintain the highest standards of programming and member experience.
• Continue developing professionally through ongoing education and training opportunities.

• Current Pilates Reformer certification from a nationally recognized training program or equivalent comprehensive Reformer education.In-house Pilates Reformer training programs will also be considered.
• Current CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain prior to teaching).
• Previous teaching experience preferred; exceptional newly trained instructors with strong movement skills and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.
