Job summary

Invited is seeking a Pilates Instructor to lead Reformer classes for members of varying ages and fitness levels, with a focus on mobility, core strength, and athletic performance, especially for golf and racquet sports enthusiasts.

You will promote wellness programs, ensure safety, and maintain a professional, engaging studio atmosphere while aligning with Invited’s service standards and member experience. Prior teaching and CPR/AED certification are required.

Qualifications

• Certified Pilates Reformer Instructor through a recognized program (e.g., STOTT, Balanced Body, BASI, Polestar, or equivalent).
• Minimum 1 year of experience teaching Reformer classes in a private club, studio, or wellness facility.
• Current CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain before hire).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-quality Pilates Reformer classes (private, semi-private, and small group) tailored to different fitness levels.
• Educate members on benefits of Pilates, especially for golf and racquet sports performance, mobility, and injury prevention.
• Provide safe and effective exercise modifications as needed.
• Create a welcoming, professional environment that fosters member engagement.
• Collaborate with fitness staff to promote integrated health programs.
• Maintain studio cleanliness, safety standards, and equipment setup.
• Promote fitness programs and wellness events.
